FH 10.9: Doors Bind From Improperly Installed Hinges

Doors shall not bind on their hinges.

Doors not meeting the acceptable performance shall be repaired.

Confirm proper operation of the doors during the PDI. Defects discovered after the PDI will be covered under the warranty if they result from the builder’s work.
