Hairline cracks in grout are common, however, loose or missing grout is unacceptable.

One-Year - Work and Materials. ยท Cracks resulting from normal shrinkage of materials due to drying after construction are excluded from the statutory warranty.

Cracks not meeting the acceptable condition shall be repaired.
